CCR's go with the land forever.

HI!

I'm president of a small HOA in Florida I have a question. Our CCR'S are from 1995 and the declarent has changed twice but the CCR'S were never updated or amended. Are they still legal?

CCR's go with the land forever.  They are legal and  in effect unless amended according to the documents.  For them not to be in effect they would have to be rescinded and all property owners notified.
